As soon as we receive your phone, we’ll email you to tell you that we’ve received and test it to make sure it’s working properly. Once we’ve tested it, you’ll then receive a second email telling you that we’re sending you a cheque or making you a BACS payment depending on which payment method you opted for.
If your phone has a fault and you have sent it to us as a working handset, we’ll email you to let you know of the revised price. If you’d prefer, we can send the phone back to you free of charge.
